Founded by Harutyun Arto Davulciyan in 2008 during high school years, RadioArarat was an independent web radio station curating world music, polyphonic choirs, and cultural heritage recordings. With 24/7 audio streaming and an early integrated webcam broadcast, it served as a pioneer in online media streaming.
